Pumpkin Spice Latte

Product: Clean Lean Protein

Ingredients

200ml milk of choice

2 tsp pumpkin puree

1 tsp coconut sugar

Pumpkin spice (1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of ground nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)

1 scoop Smooth Vanilla Clean Lean Protein

Double espresso shot

Squirty cream, to serve (optional)

Method

 

  1. To a saucepan or milk frother add the milk, pumpkin puree, coconut sugar, cinnamon and protein powder. Either whisk over a medium heat for 5 minutes until steaming but not boiling or turn the milk frother on.

  2. Pour into a mug, followed by the espresso and finally add any toppings like squirty cream and a dash of cinnamon.
