Ingredients
100g oat flour
15g Vanilla Caramel Kids Good Stuff
1 tsp bicarbonate soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 medium egg
60g greek yogurt
1 tbsp maple syrup (plus extra to serve)
120ml unsweetened almond milk
**To serve**
4 strawberries, sliced
Half a banana, sliced

These pancakes are the perfect excuse to get the kids involved with breakfast time. Loaded with essential nutrients and delicious flavour, for your peace of mind.
Method

Add the oat flour, Kids Good Stuff, bicarbonate soda, baking powder and salt to a large mixing bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the egg, greek yogurt, maple syrup and unsweetened almond milk and whisk again until smooth and combined.

Place a large frying pan onto a medium heat. Once hot spray with oil spray and spoon a tbsp on mixture into the pan. Fry for 3-4 minutes until bubbles start to form on the top, then flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Serve the pancakes with sliced strawberries and banana and a drizzle of maple syrup.
