Pumpkin Spiced Protein Porridge
70g pumpkin puree
200ml boiling water
100ml milk of choice
20g Chai, Turmeric and Maca Clean Lean Protein
Pumpkin spice (1 tsp cinnamon, pinch of ground nutmeg, cloves, and ginger)
1 tsp maple syrup
Splash of vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Quite literally an autumn hug in a bowl. This seasonal porridge is packed full of protein and the ever-popular pumpkin spice flavours.
Pre-soak your oats in a pan of boiling water for 10 minutes.
Add to the pan the rest of the ingredients and stir on a medium heat until thick and creamy (3 -4 minutes).
Top with your favourite toppings. We recommend fresh figs, pecans, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds and dried cranberries.
