200ml unsweetened almond milk

20g rolled oats

1 medjool date, pitted

1/2 banana, sliced

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 scoops Rich Chocolate Clean Lean Protein

Method

 

  1. Add all the ingredients to a high powered blender and blitz until smooth and combined.

  2. Pour into a serving glass filled with ice. Enjoy!
