Clean Lean Protein Pancakes

Method Blend all ingredients together. Using a frying pan set over medium-high heat, cook spoonfuls of the batter in a drop of oil until golden brown on both sides and cooked through. Top with maple syrup, a pinch of cinammon, and your favourite fruit!
